Prof. Richard Leung
Former MD of DBS & UBS China; Professor of Practice (Finance) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Prof. Richard Leung is a seasoned financier with 40 years of experience in various banking, securities and investment businesses. He was, among others, the China CEO of DBS Bank and UBS Wealth Management. He is active in fintech as an investor and mentor, consultancy and education. His current engagements include being a Professor of Practice (Finance) and Court member of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Prof. Dewey Yee
Professor of Practice (Aviation Management and Finance) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Prof. Dewey Yee is a Professor of Practice at the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong (PolyU), specialising in Aviation Management and Finance. He also established the first Space Commerce curriculum for the university in 2022.
As a member of the Hong Kong Economic Development Commission from 2013-2019, he led the Aerospace Finance Task Force Focus Group. His efforts contributed to the establishment of a new tax regime for aircraft leasing and finance in Hong Kong in July 2017.
Prof. Yee began his professional career in 1982 at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and in 1986 moved in Hong Kong to start the aircraft leasing business for GPA (Guinness Peat Aviation (GPA). In a career spanning three decades, he has held senior positions in leasing companies and investment banks across Asia.

Mr. Jeffrey Khoo
CEO of Kairos Risk Solutions
Jeffrey Khoo is the CEO of Kairos Risk Solutions, a regional risk consulting firm with presence in Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai. Jeffrey previously held leadership roles at various firms including Arbol Inc, ED Broking, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, SGX mainboard listed Guangzhao IFB and private equity firm Caudex Asia.
Jeffrey was recognised with the 2021 Imergey Luminaries Awards APAC, which honours professionals in a variety of industries and regions who are building communities, followership and starting thoughtful conversations.
CEO INSIGHTS ASIA Magazine listed Jeffrey as one of the Top 10 Chief Marketing Officers in Asia for 2022.
He currently serves as the Alumni Development Chairperson at the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) and was previously their Honorary Treasurer.

Mr. Ron Chiong
Managing Partner of AvantFaire Investment Management
Ron joined AvantFaire in 2018 as a managing partner focusing on portfolio management and investment research. As an engineer by training, Ron is keen on the technology aspect of impact investment, with particular interest in the application of space technology and data analytics to the design and management of smart cities and meeting UN Sustainable Development Goals. He also manages his family office portfolio which invests in private equities and stocks in the semiconductor and space technology sectors.
Ron previously worked for the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong and was responsible for policy development and regulation in financial technology and crypto assets. Before his regulatory role, Ron held senior derivatives trading and portfolio management positions in various financial institutions including Standard Chartered, BNP Paribas, KBC, Nomura and Allianz/Dresdner.
Ron has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, and a master’s degree in space systems engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Ron also takes on advisory roles to further his professional engagement in areas with good development potential in Asia. He has a management advisory role at Space Analytics, a not-for-profit organization in the U.S. specializing in satellite and geodetic data analytics for sustainability applications, and is actively building up Asia-based space technology ventures and collaborations.
Ron is passionate about nurturing young investment and entrepreneurial talent both locally and overseas. He is a chartered member of the Orion Astropreneur Space Academy (OASA) and acts as a mentor to young professionals interested in space ventures. He also serves as a startup advisor for “The Entrepreneurship Hatchery” accelerator program at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering.

Mr. Victor Kwok
Assistant Research Director and Head of Education & Youth of Our Hong Kong Foundation
Victor Kwok oversees Education, Youth, Technology and Greater Bay Area research at Our Hong Kong Foundation. He is a member of the HKSAR Government Steering Committee on Promotion of Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) and Qualifications Framework (QF) and a co-opt member of the Yuen Long District Council. He led and published numerous policy research reports on education, youth, technology, and Greater Bay Area, and advocated a series of actionable recommendations to raise talent competitiveness, drive industry growth, and to respond to societal development needs. Victor engages in extensive policy advocacy work, as a contributor to the Futures of Education initiative by the UNESCO International Commission, and as a speaker and panellist in various local and international educational summits, television, and other media channels. He is also a content contributor to leading local press and academic journals.
Prior to joining OHKF, Victor was Assistant Vice President at the Investment Banking Division of Barclays, where he devised structured derivatives solutions for multinational corporate clients across Southeast Asia and Greater China.
Victor has deep passion for community service. He is a member of the Liaoning Youth Federation. He is invited by the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Federation of Self-financing Tertiary Education as an advisor to numerous programmes. In addition, as Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong Aerospace Leaders Association, he organised an aerospace programme involving 8 secondary schools and over 200 students, assisted schools to set up aerospace laboratories and update their STEM curricula.
Victor graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a BBA in Global Business Studies, and obtained a Master of Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong. He scored 10 A’s in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and had received Executive Leadership Education from the Harvard Business School.

Executive Chairman of OASA
As Executive Chairman of Orion Astropreneur Space Academy or OASA, Perry Lam has a singular focus on preparing today’s youth for their future roles as leaders in the NewSpace economy.
Perry is the Founder of the LAM Institute (“LAM” stands for Leadership & Advanced Management), based in Hong Kong. He regularly works with top leaders of Fortune 500 Corporations, Governments and NGOs in heightening their leadership.
He regularly travels throughout Asia, Europe and North America to support the business requirements and talent development of his clients to maximise their ongoing success in the global marketplace. His clients are drawn from the Financial Services, Legal, Technology and Healthcare Industries as well as Family Offices.
Perry was previously responsible for developing leaders and sales professionals at the Xerox Corporation and DHL Worldwide Express, where he served as Regional Director, Sales in Asia. He initiated the DHL "Centre of Excellence and Leadership Center” which included establishing the DHL Internal Coaching and Training Curriculum in Asia which later established as the global standard and best in class. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines and the United States.
In his spare time, Perry works with NGOs like ICM, Asia Charity Services, ASEAN Inclusive Business Awards Conference as well as the curator and international speakers coach for TEDx Hong Kong and is a 2030SDGs Game Facilitator.
